WEDA Eastern Chapter Meeting to Feature AquaBlok Presentation

AquaBlok is pleased to announce that Allen Bullock will present at the Western Dredging Association (WEDA) Eastern Chapter Meeting, held at the Hotel Ballast in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Presentation: A Milestone for Minnesota: Restoring the St. Louis River at Thomson Reservoir

The presentation will highlight the successful remediation of Thomson Reservoir, a significant project that helped achieve the official closure of Minnesota’s portion of the St. Louis River Area of Concern (AOC). Allen will discuss the project's selected remedy, featuring in-situ treatment using powdered activated carbon (PAC).

This year's conference theme, Turning Sediment into Solutions, highlights innovative approaches to sediment management, environmental restoration, and coastal resilience.
